MM ASSESSMENT

The ASCM Global Health Supply Chain Maturity Model v8.0 assessment helps teams determine a level of maturity for the supply chain being evaluated, as well as each category of activities within the supply chain. This information is then used to guide improvement activities of the team. The maturity levels are:

20-39% = Canvas (lowest maturity level)

40-59% = Bronze

60-79% = Silver

80-99% = Gold

100% = Accredited/platinum (highest maturity level)

When completing the assessment, teams will submit profile information about the supply chain and then discuss and report on activities related to the 20 supply chain categories below, identifying strengths, weaknesses, and constraints that prevent improvement:
